every year in october, for the past few years, i take out this big pumpkin glass jar & i fill it with some sort of wrapped candy to get our place more festive for halloween 🎃🍭 this year i wanted to fill it with something new—i found these delicious @unreal.snacks dark chocolate peanut gems 💎 that come in a snack pack size at @wholefoods, which were the perfect size for the glass jar (swipe for pics) ✨

as soon as i brought them home & tried them i was BLOWN AWAY!! they’re soooo delicious!! arrash is hooked on them too 🤤🥜🍫

they’re like chocolate covered peanut m&ms—but BETTER! 😋🤤🙌 if you like chocolate covered peanut m&ms you will LOVEEE these 💯

unlike the m&ms, they’re vegan, & free of artificial flavors & colors—they’re colored with natural, plant-based sources: beet juice & spirulina extract 💖 they’re also non-gmo, fair-trade, & free of palm oil (which we like to avoid)

they’ve been one of our go-to treats this past month, so i wanted to share them with you—they’re such a solid swap! 😍🤩 we especially love having them at night, after dinner, while sipping on some hot tea & relaxing on the couch together 🌟

prunes, which are dried plums, are rich in insoluble fiber, & the natural laxative sorbitol—so it makes sense they’re a natural remedy for constipation 👛🎀🦄 i keep them in the fridge & eat 2-3 most days. they’re so yummy too! it’s like eating candy 👅😋✨
