Buh-bye yucky artificial colors—here are some sprinkles WITHOUT artificial colors

Remember these Nutella stuffed Nutella cookies?

I make them every year around the holidays—& they’re always a big hit (peep the recipe below to make them at home, you’ll love!)

This time, I was even more excited to share them with my friends & family because I FINALLY used sprinkles that are free of artificial colors. Yup, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS. None, nada!

Such a big win.

I honestly don’t know why it took me so long to realize I could find these sprinkles so easily.

They’re in the baking aisle at Whole Foods, shocker ; )

One of the things I like about shopping at Whole Foods, is right off the bat I know everything in there is free of artificial colors (among other things—deets here).

I still check the ingredients on everything (so important) but it’s nice to know that at the very least things like artificial colors & high fructose corn syrup, EEK, aren’t in any of the products I might be buying.

Anyways, I bought these at Whole Foods but you can also get them on Amazon.

& P.S. they have A WHOLE BUNCH of really fun options on Amazon—like these white snowflakes & peppermint crunch sprinkles that are perfect for the holidays/winter & these super cute heart sprinkles I really want for Valentine’s Day baking.

So fun!

You can see the colors are still bright & cheerful but they’re colored with vegetable colorants instead of harmful food coloring like Yellow 5, Red 40, & Blue 1. Yuck, yuck, yuck. No bueno.

These sprinkles use vegetables, so basically, we’re eating kale… KIDDING, obv ; )

To get more specific, the sprinkles I used (India Tree sprinkles), are colored with turmeric, annatto, beet juice, vegetable juices, & beta carotene (which an organic, strongly colored red-orange pigment abundant in plants and fruits).

Cool, right?

These are definitely my go-to sprinkles now.

Okay, & here’s the recipe for these DELICIOUS cookies—I’m STILL obsessed with:

3-INGREDIENT NUTELLA STUFFED NUTELLA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
(makes ~ 50-52 small cookies)

  • 3 cups Nutella (2 cups for dough + 1 cup, refrigerated, for stuffing)
  • 2 cups 100% white whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs (preferably organic & pasture-raised)
  • Optional—Sprinkles for decoration (I used these)

(Heads up ⇢ You’ll also need baking/parchment paper)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350° F and line two trays with baking/parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together two cups Nutella and eggs. Add flour and stir until fully blended. The dough should be pretty thick.
  • Scoop out a teaspoon of dough (I actually use a teaspoon, it makes it easier to get a round shape) and flatten it in your palm. Place on lined baking tray.
  • Put a teaspoon of cold Nutella in center of cookie.
  • Scoop out another teaspoon of dough, flatten it in your palm, place it over the Nutella and press the edges of the two cookies together, sealing them like ravioli. I like to stretch out the top cookie a little more than the bottom cookie so I get cracks on the top (see snapchats below) because it makes it easier for the sprinkles to stick to it.
  • Repeat until you’ve used all the cookie dough. (Tip ⇢ To save time, I fill the entire tray with the bottom cookies, place a teaspoon of cold Nutella on each cookie, then add the top cookies.)
  • Bake for 6-7 minutes. Makes ~ 50-52 cookies. MMMM MMMM!!

If you want to speed up the process you can also make larger cookies instead of a whole bunch of small ones (& bake them for 8-10 minutes).

I was getting a bit antsy this year since I doubled the recipe, or maybe even tripled it, (I usually double it), so I also made some big cookies, which was kind of fun. The big ones are just as delicious & you get more cookie & Nutella in the middle. YUMMM!!

Let me know if you make these or if you try the sprinkles with another recipe. & tag me in your pics on IG (@JOYFETTI). I’d love to see what you make! Even though it’ll probably make my sweet tooth even worse ; )

Happy New Years!

I hope you have a very sweet NYE : )

Sunday Splash: holiday vibes & pups

If you’re in a pinch & looking for some quick ways to make your place festive for the holidays, I’ve gotcha covered!

Especially if we’re talking Christmas—Arrash is already planning out his santa costume for when we have kids lol talk about planning ahead. So Christmas is a very big deal here ; )

Obviously a Christmas tree will do the trick, but since Cubby started eating our indoor plant (the one in the pics below—it’s an outdoor plant now), we thought it’d be a good idea not to introduce another big tree into our place.

So, we’ve gotten crafty.

One of my favorite ways to get our place christmas-y has been with this pure maple syrup candle. It smells SO good. We got ours at Whole Foods but you can also buy them here. It has this really cozy, christmas feel to it.

[ This candle is so perfect for the holidays. ]

[ My lil’ Cubby bear ]

[ Buds & Cubs }

We’ve also been diffusing peppermint essential oil, which is really fun. It reminds me of candy canes.

Another fun touch? Hanging a wreath outside, on your front door. I love this because it gives everyone a festive feel right before they walk in. Also, the dogs can’t get to it lol. WIN/WIN.

& of course, Christmas music.

We started playing Christmas music the night of Halloween—literally after we got back from taking the kids (my niece & nephew) trick-or-treating lol. Crazy, right? Anyone else start super early?

Oh & our new dot has made this super easy. Alexa’s fun.

It’s basically been Christmas over here for the past month or so ; )

And if you’re looking for a fun recipe, try these nutella-stuffed nutella cookies. I’ve been making them for the past 3 years & they’re always a big hit. They taste like little nutella brownies. Give them a try & let me know what you think.

Okay, dish—how do you like to get festive for the holidays? xx

Sunday Splash: fall vibes & fitness

Who’s ready for bed? Everyone, hands up?

I’m definitely exhausted in the best way possible—this past week was filled with lots of fun, family get-togethers, relaxation, & yummy food. BTW, we still have TONS of Nutella-stuffed Nutella cookies in the fridge. I might have gotten a little carried away & made way too many.

This year, I went for a run before our Thanksgiving get-togethers & it felt SO good. I definitely want to make it a tradition. Fresh air, fall leaves & endorphins? YES PLEASE!

I’m still not a fan of running on the treadmill (any tips here?) but running outside is hands-down one of my favorite ways to workout. I usually shoot for 1-2 runs a week, and I go to the gym on the other days.

Fall vibes & fitness have been our theme lately.

We shoot for daily workouts, & usually hit 5-7 workouts a week. I’d love to say it’s 7 days/week every week, but being real here, that doesn’t always happen. If I miss a day, I try not to dwell on it too much, & instead I focus on hitting it hard the next day.

A few things that help us reach our fitness goals?

  1. HABITS: during the week, we go to the gym as soon as we get home from work. This trigger helps SO much with consistency. During the weekend, we try to get our workout in, in the morning, before we head off to any weekend plans. This way we don’t miss it by getting home too late/coming home exhausted.
  2. BUDDY SYSTEM: we go to the gym together, whenever we can. This helps with accountability & motivation.
  3. BCAAS: BCAAs feed our muscles and protect them, so we burn fat (not muscle!) while we work out. SO important. They’re essential amino acids—meaning our bodies can’t produce them on their own so they need to come from our diet. It’s best to take them 3x per day—before your workout, after your workout, & before bed. More details here. Oh & update if you’re following JOYFETI on IG, I can swallow two BCAAs at once now. Small wins, guys! LOL. I take these vegan BCAAs, which I’m about to take again right now.

I just finished drinking my peppermint tea & I’m off to get ready for bed & pop 2 BCAA pills. Popity pop.

Sweet dreams!

How to make pumpkin seeds: a quick & easy recipe

Arrash is VERY into Halloween—& Christmas, but we’ll save that for another post.

For weeks now, he’s been telling me, “We have to get our pumpkins. We have to carve our pumpkins”.

About a week ago, we finally picked up two pumpkins, kind of on the smaller side, from Trader Joe’s & we got carving tools from Walgreens.

I wasn’t totally into the idea at first, but once we got into it, I LOVE IT. Carving is super fun—& kind of relaxing too. I feel like all these activities we use to do when we were kids, like drawing, have this kind of meditative feel to them now. Don’t you think? They’re oddly relaxing.

[ Our pumpkins. Can you guess which is mine & which one is his? ]

Anyways, before we started, we decided to save our pumpkin seeds so we could roast them after we finished carving the pumpkins.

It was so much fun carving pumpkins & then winging a very fall-ish recipe together!

& we definitely winged it.

Here’s the recipe we threw together, literally…

What you need:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Butter (we used Kerrygold—if you want to keep it vegan, use olive oil instead)
  • Honey
  • Seasoning: pumpkin pie spice, paprika, pepper & garlic salt

& parchment paper! : )

Here’s the 2-part recipe (don’t get scared, it’s super quick & easy):

Part 1—in the skillet pan

  • Rinse the seeds, if they’re straight from a pumpkin, drain them, and put them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, melt some butter in the microwave. Once melted, stir in some honey, and pour it over the pumpkin seeds.
  • Add your seasonings (pumpkin pie spice, paprika, pepper & garlic salt), & stir the pumpkin seeds.
  • Put some butter in your skillet pan and roast the seeds in the skillet on medium heat, stirring constantly (so the seeds don’t burn).
  • Add more honey & seasoning as you like : )
  • After the seeds are roasted the way you like them, turn it off, & move on to part 2.

Part 2—in the oven

  • Lay out some parchment paper on a baking tray and pour your seeds on top, laying them flat. We’re going to pop them into the oven to dry them out a bit. Heat the oven to 450, and, if you’d like, drizzle some honey over the seeds before popping them into the oven. (We did this & it was delicious! Kind of like an extra glaze.)
  • Taste test them & take them out as soon as they’re dry enough & taste the way you like them : )

We snacked on them immediately, after they cooled down just a bit, & put the leftovers in the fridge.

& let me tell you, they’re REALLLLY good coming out of the fridge.

We liked them best that way.

This recipe is inspired by Halloween, but it’s also perfect for taking to Thanksgiving dinner, which we’ll definitely be doing this year.

Let me know if you try this recipe, how you like it. & LMK, if this kind of loose recipe works well for you or if you’d rather have a more measured recipe in the future : ) I love hearing your feedback. Thanks for reading!

HAPPY (almost) HALLOWEEN! xx

Kombucha benefits… Bring ’em on!

A few weeks ago I dreamt someone made a smaller bottle of kombucha & we could buy it in stores. No joke, the next morning I spotted these cute, little bottles of Health-Ade Kombucha in Whole Foods. My dream literally came true.

I was so happy. Mostly because I usually can’t finish an entire bottle in a day, and sometimes, sadly, the rest would go to waste if I forgot about it the next day. I hate wasting, so having this smaller option was really exciting.

Arrash was confused how a small bottle of kombucha could make me so excited.

I told my mom the whole story later that day, and she said, “that’s great, usually dreams don’t come true.” LOL, thanks for the pep talk, mom ; )

The bottles in these photos are the original size, not the small one, but I’ll share some pics of the small bottles soon. If you want to see them now, I snapped a pic of the small bottle I’m drinking right now (also Pink Lady Apple) on Snapchat if you want to check it out (username: joyfetti)

If you guys are already big fans of kombucha (love it!), LMK what your favorite brands/flavors are so I can check them out.

If you’re not familiar with kombucha, here’s a little bit about it. Kombucha is fermented tea that naturally contains probiotics and healthy organic acids. It’s been around for thousands of years.

People drink it for all sorts of reasons.

Me, personally, I drink it because:

  • It supports a healthy gut since it naturally contains probiotics (WIN!)
  • It supports digestion
  • it tastes fricken amazing
  • & it makes me feel good

I’ve tried to get Arrash & my friend Jodie on board, and they don’t like the taste (yet! I’m still working on them), but I absolutely love it.

I even pretend it’s champagne sometimes, which is easy because it has bubbles. With the big bottles, I love pouring it into a champagne flute. It’s the best.

If you drink soda, try kombucha—maybe you can replace your soda for kombucha because of the bubbles.

Also… I’m now thinking it’s a good idea to stock both sizes in the fridge because I just finished my small bottle & I want more. Sometimes you just want more than you do other days, you know?

I started picking Health-Ade over the other brands mostly because of its taste but as I did more research, I was really impressed with them & happy my tastebuds picked them.

Their kombucha is 100% raw, and they only use cold-pressed juice from organic produce. I also love how they share a ton of info about their production process, on their site—they’re very open about it, which I like. Also, their kombucha is fermented 100% in glass to prevent plastic and metal leaching. I really like that! The only thing I wish they’d share, that I don’t believe they currently do, is how many live cultures are in each bottle. That would be really fun to know.

I’m off to clean the house a bit & maybe open up another bottle ; ) Happy (almost) Friday! Cheers!

Instagrammable summer swag

Summer is hands down my favorite season & it’s always been, so this collage was super fun to put together.

I’m jumping the gun a little bit…

But having spent the past few weekends in Palm Springs, Miami, & San Diego ( I know, such a rough life ; ) lol ) I feel like summer’s basically here.

It’s pretty warm here in the Bay Area, but definitely not like it was in Miami…

I was dripping sweat after walking 1/2 mile in Miami.

But I loveeee it there. It’s so pretty.

Anyways, these item scream summer—& they’re very “Insta-worthy”.

If you’ve never said that before I don’t believe you ; )

Kidding… Kind of.

Side note: if you sell consumer products definitely consider how your products & / or packaging will look when photographed by an everyday consumer. It might sound silly, but creating product & / or packaging thats “Instagrammable” ( & / or plays to current trends on Instagram ) is a really smart business move because it encourages consumers to snap & share photos of your product, which is basically free marketing for your business. So consider it.

Okay, back to these items… AREN’T THEY SO CUTE??

A pink flamingo looks great in blue water because it POPS! Take a look here: @bikinist.

I love this towel because it reminds me of those really cute Santorini photos I always see on Instagram. It’s very chic, which I love.

We took these cameras to two of my friends’ bachelorette parties ( part of the reason why I’ve been traveling so many weekends ) & they were so much fun. You can take polaroids with each other and even do a flat lay with them ( I know how I sound & I’m okay with it lol )

These cameras are super fun!

I’d much rather eat homemade popsicles than those sugar-filled ones you can find in stores. Honestly, I think homemade popsicles taste better and they can be way more healthy than the store bought ones, so I’m totally game to make my own. Here’s a recipe I love, that’s super quick & easy!

I love these molds because they’re very summer-y.

Which ones your favorite: pineapple or watermelon?

I love tropical plants so this beach towel, to me, is perfect! Plus, I love the round beach towel trend that’s going on right now.

These are so cute & they’re perfect for summer cocktails—or your Instagram ; )

I typically use glass but plastic cups are great when you’re at the pool. I like this one because of its colors. It also comes in a taller style, which is ideal for mixed drinks ; )

Alright, what are you guys getting for summer?

How to throw a party

Alright, before we get into it, I feel like we need to set the scene.

College parties were pretty basic… Cram everyone into a house & drink. Or was that just SDSU?

Now that we’re in our 20s ( late 20s—GAH! ) parties are definitely a little different so these are my tips for throwing a party now that we’re a bit older.

Create a drink station

Is it ironic that this is tip #1? Let’s go with it…

If you’re serving alcohol, create a drink station so guests can make their own drinks. This makes it so much easier for you to mingle and for everyone to get a drink if they want one. No delays.

Even if you’re making drinks for friends / family everything is laid out so it’s much more efficient.

If you can, provide a few different types of alcohol, a bowl of ice ( with a large spoon or ladle ), mixers ( I always include Perrier or Pellegrino ), plastic cups, straws, & slices of lemon and / or lime—these also come in handy when you convince everyone to take shots with you ; )

( P.S. even if you’re not serving alcohol—I still recommending making a drink station without the alcohol, because it’s still very convenient & you can play around with it and make it cute )

Have a mix of healthy & not-so-healthy snacks ( it’s a party—live a little )

I like to offer a variety of snacks so everyone can find something to munch on ( hopefully! )

I usually put out fresh veggies and hummus, some fruit, and the usual chips / salsa / guac. Oh and cheese and crackers, and popcorn. And sometimes nuts. I sometimes go a little overboard.

Also, I love those spicy Takis chips so I usually get those too. I use it as an excuse to have a little bit of something I’d probably never keep in the house. They’re just so good. It’s a problem.

Remember the sweets

My friend Jodie was helping me prep for a surprise party earlier this year and she put out a couple bowls of candy and chocolate & I loved it—everyone loved it! So from now on I always put out bowls of candy and chocolate during parties. They look super cute in these Anthropologie bowls.

OCHO is my favorite right now & these bite-size, wrapped OCHO minis are perfect for parties.

They also have these egg-shaped ones right now that are perfect for Easter.

Cool little tip… Chill your OCHO’s in the fridge before the party ( & after, if there’s extras, but I doubt it… ) because it’ll keep the chocolate shiny and it just tastes really good chilled. Try it!

Have some finger foods you can pop into the oven

If there’s alcohol, you’re going to get hungry. And so will your guests.

Honestly, even if no one’s drinking—you’re going to want more than snacks after a few hours. That’s why late-night eating is a thing.

So plan in advance and get some frozen appetizers you can easily heat up in the oven after a couple hours.

If I’m hosting more than 10 people I like to pick them up from Costco. Otherwise, I usually pick them up from Trader Joe’s. I look for finger foods and make sure there’s a vegetarian / vegan option in the mix. Last time, I got dolmehs ( dolmas ), potato samosas, and orange chicken—we put toothpicks in the orange chicken to make it a finger food.

Play music

Obviously… No surprise here. I love playing music on our Amazon Tap. Easy peasy, and the sound is great.

Have some games

Am I a kid? Maybe? I love games. & apparently my friends & family do too, or I’m just really good at convincing them to play with me ; )

Some fun games to play after a few hours of mingling… Card games, Cards Against Humanity, Phrase Party ( download the app )… Anything you can play as a group that hopefully makes you laugh and get a little competitive… It’s all in fun.

Okay, these are my tips. What are yours? Tell, tell.

How to go from hike to dinner ( without taking a shower )

EEK, sometimes you gotta do it…

This past Valentine’s Day Arrash & I hiked Big Basin in Boulder Creek ( in Santa Cruz County ), & saw the “natural bridge” at the Natural Bridges State Beach.

& then we went straight to dinner.

Well, technically we stopped by a local restaurant for a drink and an app first, but the point is there was no time for a shower before our vday dinner.

Clearly, Arrash made the plans ; ) LOL

But really… That was part of the fun—hopping from one activity to the other, without spending too much time on hair & makeup.

It was refreshing.

& super exciting! ( it was mostly surprises )

So I had to figure out how to go from hiking to dinner at a restaurant without looking or feeling gross.

[ Arrash & I at the top of Big Basin ]

Here’s what worked for me…

If you’re going straight from hiking to dinner at a restaurant…

Bring these items with you:

  • Baby wipes to wipe your face ( & armpits, LOL, if you want to… Pretty sure I did )
  • Your makeup ( so you can apply fresh makeup before dinner )
  • Deodorant
  • Perfume ( a small bottle or rollerball )
  • A change of clothes for dinner… I recommend bringing a top that doesn’t cling too much and is sleeveless or has cap sleeves ( sleeves after a hike suck because you’re still warm & that can make you sticky… Or is that just me? ) I brought black skinny jeans that I could put on in the car and a vneck. Yes, we changed in the car… So stretchy jeans were KEY. For shoes I wore white Keds. I think going for a casual, effortless-but-cute look makes it SO much easier!

Also, remember to put on sunscreen—so important!

If you can, choose a restaurant that’s not too fancy so you can get away with a casual look & be comfortable with it.

Avoid curls—choose a hairstyle you can’t mess up while hiking. I went with straight hair. Easy-peasy.

After the hike:

  1. Wipe your face & put on fresh makeup ( if you want to )—point is, don’t leave on old makeup or pile on more makeup without taking it off first. It’s not good for your skin since you’ve been sweating ( it’ll clog your pores ). And layering on more makeup never looks as good as a fresh face, don’t you think?
  2. Apply deodorant & perfume. I took my small perfume bottle but if you have a perfume rollerball that works too! I might do that next time.
  3. Put on your change of clothes & fricken enjoy that dinner. YOU EARNED IT! Have dessert too : ) I did!

Speaking of dinner & dessert… If you guys are in the Bay Area or planning a visit you HAVE to check out the restaurant we went to because I still day dream about the food. It was that good!

We went to Au Midi, a French restaurant in Aptos ( also in Santa Cruz County )

It’s kind of a hidden gem.

From the outside, you’d never know how amazing their food is. It’s drool worthy.

& the experience was perfect!

P.S. when we walked in we saw a lot of French people dinning there, which I always think is a good sign considering it’s a French restaurant. If you go to a Persian restaurant, for example, and there’s no Persian people there… You should find a different restaurant ; )

Here are a few snapshots of what we ate ( demolished )

[ Au Midi’s soup de jour ]

[ Au Midi’s Stuffed Zucchini & Sea Scallops entrees ]

[ Au Midi’s Bergamote dessert. OH MAN, this was good!!!! ]

We started with the soup de jour ( AMAZING! ), and then got two entrees to share ( so we could try more, hahaboth of them were delicious! ), and then we had dessert.

Oh, and we ordered a bottle of wine and some dessert wine, too, to pair with our dessert…

Does anyone else make noises when they eat something they really like? Because I do…

I’m kind of like Wally Mars ( played by Jason Bateman ) in The Switch.

& boy did I make noises eating that dessert… Not sorry about it : )

Okay, I’m off to shower. Chat soon!

Bita

Lovey-dovey hearts

HI GUYS!!!

Happy ( almost ) Valentine’s Day!

Do you guys notice all the pinks, reds, and hearts in every store? LOL, it’s hard to miss.

Since it’s almost Valentine’s Day I figured it’s the perfect time to share some lovey-dovey heart items with you.

Side note… Once, when I was living at home ( I think it was about 2 or 3 years ago ) my mom looked around at all the stuff I had around ( my laptop, my laptop case, all of Minty‘s things ) and said with such disgust ( & in Farsi ), “I think I’m going to puke if you bring one more pink thing into the house.”

LOL. Whoops! ; )

So, when it comes to furniture and home design I lean towards neutrals ( usually white )… But when it comes to things, I love pink & I love hearts. LOL. Am I 5? ; )

Alright, enough about me… Let’s get into these cuties!

Okay, so obviously I had to find us some PJs with hearts on them—so perfect for Valentine’s Day! 😍 If I’m splurging on PJs, it’s definitely for these.

These are basically the grown up, “I’m into fashion but I make own rules” version of those bright red, heart-shaped sunglasses we all wore when we were little. Remember those? Definitely another splurge, but I’m always down to window shop ; )

These mugs are adorable ( !!! ) & even better, I love their message—the inside says, “love is love is love” all around. So perfect for Valentine’s Day & really every day. Makes for a great gift idea too!

I’m OBSESSED with my bkr bottles—& you most likely already know this. This one is especially great for Valentine’s Day. I also love this black / copper one & this baby pink / silver one. Super cute!

Okay, so I’m a big fan of writing things down on paper so I’m always kind of on the hunt for cute notebooks. This one is fun & personal because they print your name & initials on it, which I love. Also, Minted has great products. I love their quality.

ban.do is SO MUCH fun—this is the perfect dish to have on your nightstand. Doesn’t it just make you smile? : )

These pens are great! They’re cute but practical & also look great on Instagram ( let’s be real, that’s part of their appeal ; ) LOL ) But really, they’re great pens—I love writing with them.

Okay, how are you guys getting ready for Valentine’s Day?

If you’re looking for a quick and easy VDAY recipe ( something sweet ), definitely try these chocolate covered strawberries. They’re delicious & VERY easy to make.

Bita

[ Teal pumpkin + JOY Consulting Co. business cards + cute bunny thumbtacks! ]

HI GUYS!!

I didn’t get very festive for Halloween ( I did put out 3 white pumpkins next to the TV. LOL! Does that count? You saw them on Snap. ) BUT—if we lived in an area that got trick-or-treaters, I’d FOR SURE put out A TEAL PUMPKIN.

Here’s why:

FARE, which stands for Food Allergy Research & Education, is making Halloween more exciting & FUN for kids with food allergies through their “Teal Pumpkin Project“.

They explain:

“Every child should be able to experience the joy and tradition of trick-or-treating on Halloween. But kids with food allergies are often left out of the fun, since most candy is off limits.

FARE’s Teal Pumpkin Project helps make sure all children will come home on Halloween night with something they can enjoy. It just takes one simple act: offering non-food treats, such as glow sticks or small toys, as an alternative to candy.

Last year, households from all 50 states and 14 countries participated. This is a worldwide movement to create a safer, happier Halloween for all trick-or-treaters.”

To participate:

Some of my favorite items to have on hand are bubbles ( YES, PLEASE! ), mini slinkies ( such a throwback, I love it! ), bouncy balls, temporary tattoos & fun stickers! Basically all the things we wanted in our goody bags when we were little, minus the candy.

Okay, SO! If you participate ( I hope you do! ) share a photo of your teal pumpkin on social & tag @JOYFETTI & @foodallergy so we can see!!

This year ( like I do most years, HA! ) we’re taking my niece & nephew trick-or-treating and then checking out the neighborhood where I grew up—the houses go ALL OUT there! I love it! We’ll do a little walky walky & a little sippy sippy ; ) I’ll share it on Snapchat so be sure to come along! ( username ⇢ JOYFETTI )

Happy ( almost ) Halloween!!!

xx,
Bita
